Η φωτογράφος Μάρω Κουρή ακολουθεί εννέα Σύρους πρόσφυγες και καταγράφει σε ένα φωτογραφικό οδοιπορικό το ταξίδι του ξεριζωμού τους από την Μυτιλήνη στην Ειδομένη, τα Σκόπια, τη Σερβία, την Κροατία και την Αυστρία μέχρι
τον τελικό τους προορισμό, το Βερολίνο. Παρουσίαση του φωτογραφικού οδοιπορικού της Μάρως Κουρή θα γίνει την Τετάρτη 25 Νοεμβρίου στον Σύλλογο Ελλήνων Αρχαιολόγων, Ερμού 134, στις 6.30μ.μ

Both are from Syria. Asem lost his leg due to a bomb explorsion in a hospital where he was offering help to injured kids, in his hometown Qatana, 25 km from Damaskos. Ο ακρωτηριασμός του ποδιού του, η γνωριμία του με δύο ακόμα άτομα που απέκτησαν σοβαρές αναπηρίες, ως απόρροια του πολέμου, και κυρίως η βαθιά του επιθυμία να προσφέρει στο κοινωνικό σύνολο μέσω της επιστήμης του, οδήγησαν την 9μελή πια ομάδα, ανάμεσα στην οποία περιλαμβάνονται και μέλη της οικογένειας του, να αναζητήσει το μέλλον της σε έναν άλλο καλύτερο τόπο.
